|Recommended: YesLocation is key — Having the apartments close to many areas in Idaho Falls is a huge plus. We are very close to the mall, restaurants, the hospitals, etc. Some people leave their dogs' poop and don't pick it up, which is gross, but that is also a resident problem, not a management problem. When we were first wanting to move in, we wanted to be in building 3 because of the view of the clubhouse, hot tub, and pool . We picked our place, and everything was fine. However, a few weeks before we were going to move in, they said it was not ready for us, and we were told that we had to pick a place in building 2. A few days after we moved in, we saw people living in building 3.... Overall, though, the apartment is very modern, the staff is very helpful, and we love the workout rooms. The maintenance worker, Kahoi I think I spelled his name right , is very friendly, helpful, quick, and knowledgeable about the appliances and how to fix them. We would, and already have, recommend this place to many people.

|Recommended: YesTrendy apartment in Idaho Falls — This is the most classy apartment in Idaho Falls. The office staff are professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I never hear my neighbors. I am very impressed by the sound heat insulation. My apartment stays warm and my utilities are low, even though we are 3 people in the apartment. We love living here and are proud to call it our home.
