|Recommended: YesThis is a clean well maintained place, we enjoy living here — I would recommend staying here, we have had great service and Erin, Nate, and all the staff are very accommodating. The club house is well organized, and the grounds are well cared for. Maintenance is efficient and quick in fixing issues.

|Recommended: YesReally love it — It's a great apartment complex. They take great care of the facilities, the apartments, the parking lots, etc. Provided internet is great, maintenance gets taken care of super quick, and all of the staff has been super helpful. Really enjoy living here

|Recommended: YesA great place to call home — The Residences is a great place to live it really is a home away from home for people living in the area temporarily and simply home to everyone else.
The residences are pet friendly with reasonable rates which is a rare in this area. And , they provide pick up bags for residences to make it easier for pet owners and to help promote a pet friendly environment. There is also a dog park for those with canine inclinations.
The amenities are second to none and the Residences goes out of their way to make you feel like you are welcome, wanted, and treated well. They also go out of their way to promote that community feeling.
Management is friendly, professional, available, and welcoming. They make sure we're taken care of, and that residents feel welcomes and wanted. They attend to resident concerns quickly and really make you feel like your concerns are heard and felt.
Proximity to amenities is also good, in relation to the City of Ammon. The residences is just a 5min drive from Walmart, and Cal Ranch, Panda Express and other restaurants and services The Residences are also only about 8 - 10 min fro the nearest mall the biggest in the area , and theaters. It is right across the street from two different schools, and bus services are available for parents with children.

|Recommended: YesWe feel so comfortable and at home here — We have really enjoyed living at The Residences, everyone is very nice and thoughtful. Life here is so easy and simple. We are really loving the pool right now, they keep it so clean and it’s always 80 degrees which is perfect Thank you Residences on 1st Street.

|Recommended: YesThe property and staff are great. — I've owned my home for over 25 years so I was hesitant to live in an apartment anywhere. I don't really like to live this close to anyone but the staff at the Residences manage and maintaine the property and people that live here very well which makes living here plesent.
